The bar only runs from 1 PM to 6 PM, which is a real letdown for anyone wanting cocktails after a long day. Room sizes are quite cramped, especially for groups. twin room options are limited and might not suit all travelers. the pool area sometimes feels cluttered with personal items from nearby units, which detracts from the overall experience.

I enjoyed mornings filled with coffee and a buffet breakfast, which set a nice tone for the day. The lagoon-style pool was a great spot for relaxation. I appreciated the friendly staff ready to assist with plans for the nearby attractions like the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest.
The room I stayed in needed some updates. There were issues with dampness due to lattes windows, which made the first night less comfortable.

The lagoon pool was a perfect escape for us, especially for my daughter who spent hours sliding and splashing around! The access from our room made it super convenient to dive in anytime we wanted! !
